Dispatch Timeline: Standard orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Supplier Delays: Some specialty items are sourced from overseas suppliers. In these cases, dispatch times may be extended. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible if your order is impacted by a supplier delay.
Shipping Provider: All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been fulfilled.
Express Shipping: Express postage can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
Local Pick-up: Local pick-up is available. Please select this option at checkout or contact us to coordinate a collection time.
Lost or Damaged Items: Once tracking is provided and the parcel is in the possession of Australia Post, Jemriva Designs is no longer responsible for lost or damaged packages. Any delivery issues must be lodged directly with Australia Post.
Change of Mind: Please choose your items carefully. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" once a purchase is completed. This applies to all items, whether standard or personalised.
Faulty Goods: We strive for the highest quality, but if you believe an item is defective:
You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
The customer is responsible for the initial cost of return shipping for the assessment of the item.
Resolution: If the item is deemed to have a genuine fault by Jemriva Designs, we will send a replacement at no charge to you or provide a refund.
ACL Compliance: In the event that a major fault is confirmed under Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
